ST JOSEPH’S COLLEGE, Galway, booked their place in the All/Ireland final 3/1 on penalties after a tense shoot/out at Ray MacSharry Park, Cranmore, yesterday:

Tom Curran put St Joseph’s ahead from Barry McCabe’s free/kick on the hour mark but the impressive Eric Roberts equalised for Loreto with a blistering shot eight minutes later and the stalemate remained in extra/time:

In the shoot/out Brian Gaffney, Ross Lynskey and Ger Hanley were on target for St Joseph’s while Barry McNamee was the lone scorer for Loreto:
