Attention All Primary School Teachers:
The Football Association of Ireland is proud to be involved in the creation of the Dublin Super Cup, a new high profile football tournament that will bring the biggest names in world football to The Aviva Stadium this summer: The tournament will be played over the Bank Holiday weekend of 30 and 31 July and promises to be a fantastic event for football fans and families alike:
To help engage young Irish football fans; a competition has been launched to encourage them to think creatively and provide their suggestions and inspiration on what could be inside a mysterious dinosaur egg that was recently found under the old pitch at what is now Dublin’s Aviva Stadium: The organisers of this summer’s Dublin Super Cup, want fans to draw a picture of what they think could be inside it (please see attached poster and the newspaper article from the Daily Star):
We would be very grateful if you could print the poster and place it around the notice boards within your class or the school halls:
To enter the competition and to be one of the three lucky winners to win a pair of tickets to The Dublin Super Cup, all the kids need to do is:
• Draw a picture of the dinosaur in his natural habitat on an A4 sheet
• Answer these three questions about him:
o What does he like to eat?
o How does he like to exercise?
o Which is his favourite football team playing in The Dublin Super Cup?
All competition entries must be posted to the following address:
