Schools must NEVER APPOINT THEIR OWN OFFICIALS.
Schools must NEVER RETAIN, OR SEEK TO RETAIN A MATCH CARD AFTER A MATCH HAS BEEN COMPLETED - MATCH CARDS SHOULD BE COMPLETED & GIVEN TO MATCH OFFICIALS BEFORE THE MATCH COMMENCES.
